§ 5 Cancellation policy

(1) The customer can revoke the contract declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form or by returning the picture. The period begins at the earliest on the date on which this instruction was communicated, but not before the date of receipt of the delivery of goods. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline. It must be sent to the seller using the above data.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs.

(2) In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived must be surrendered. If the service received cannot be returned in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, the customer may have to pay compensation. The customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the picture like an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value.

(3) In accordance with § 312d

(4) BGB (German Civil Code) does not apply to contracts ~for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs......... Therefore, an exclusion is possible if a specially made picture is affected by the revocation.
